We saw a few giraffes and some birds, which was nice, but not a whole lot else. The tour felt slow and kind of empty, well, maybe not empty exactly, just like there wasn’t much happening. Could’ve just been bad timing, but for the price I was expecting more.

I thought the food was really good overall. I mean, everyone’s tastes are a little different, but I definitely enjoyed what I had and would probably come back again

Everything was straightforward and hassle-free. The bathrooms were clean, which I always appreciate, and I didn’t run into any issues during my visit. Based on my experience, it felt like a place you can trust for a quick, easy stop

I really wanted to enjoy the stay, but the beds were much harder than I expected and the tent got really cold at night. It made it tough to sleep, and it left me questioning whether the setup was as comfortable as it was made out to be

We did the safari tour and honestly , it was nice overall . Our guide was friendly and seemed to know a lot , and getting to see some of the animals up close was really cool . That said , a few parts felt kind of rushed , and for the price , I was expecting to see a little more . There was also some waiting around here and there . Not a bad experience at all , just not quite a 5-star one for me . I’d say it’s worth doing if you go in with realistic expectations .

We went with the family, and I’m sure it’s one of those days we’ll keep talking about for a long time. The animals were incredible, and our guide seemed to know a ton, which made the whole safari feel even more special. Check-in was a bit slow, and the food was just okay, I guess, but the safari itself more than made up for it.

I had a small issue with my booking and felt a bit trapped because I wasn’t sure how to fix it on my own. Customer service got it sorted quickly though. The person on the phone was friendly, talked me through what I needed to do, and made it a lot less stressful. I did have to wait a little while, but overall the help was really good

I got a ton of close shots with this and really loved the results. To be fair, it’s probably not something everyone needs, but if close-up detail is what you’re after, it does the job really well. I was happy with it overall

Had a really nice time at Safari West. Our guide was super friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all our random questions like they were totally normal, even the oddly specific ones. The whole place had a cool vibe, though I will say it got crowded at one point, almost like everyone somehow got the same memo at the same time. Not saying there’s a secret safari crowd-control operation happening, but I’m also not ruling it out. Still, overall it was a good visit and I’d go back.

I booked Safari West for my wife’s birthday thinking it would feel really special, and the animals were amazing!!! But the whole experience didn’t quite come together. Check-in felt disorganized, and it didn’t seem like anyone knew we were there celebrating anything!!! Our room wasn’t ready on time, and dinner felt rushed, especially for the price. The staff were polite, so I don’t want to make it sound terrible, but they just weren’t very warm or welcoming!!! For a regular visit it might be totally fine, but for a special occasion, it was kind of a letdown!!!

We stayed one night in the glamping tent, the setting was cool. Hearing the animals at night was a fun little bonus and definitely made it feel more unique. The tent was clean enough, so no real complaints there, though it was colder than we were expecting. The bathroom was also a bit basic, especially considering the price, but apparently that’s part of the “glamping” charm. The staff were nice, although check-in felt a little rushed, like we were taking up precious time by arriving. I’m glad we tried it once, but I’m not sure I’d be lining up to pay that much again.

Booking was really quick, which I appreciated a lot. There was a small hiccup along the way, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I still came away feeling good about the whole thing.

The kids just loved it. The staff were really chill and super helpful, which made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable.

Stayed in one of the tent cabins and it was mostly clean, which I really appreciated. There was a little dust in the floor corners, but the sheets and bathroom felt fresh. Not like spotless-perfect, but for this kinda stay it was totally fine.

We had a really nice time at Safari West with our group of 8. Check-in was easy, and they made sure we all got seated together, which I genuinely appreciated because that kind of thing can make or break a group outing. Our guide was funny and clearly knew their stuff, but it never felt like we were stuck in a lecture. The kids were into it, the adults had a great time too, and it felt good supporting a place that seems to actually care about the animals and the experience they’re providing. We’d definitely go again.

We ended up going on a day that was way colder and windier than we expected, but the staff was great about it. They told us what to bring, had blankets ready, and made sure everyone stayed comfortable during the tour. It made the whole visit so much easier, and we still had a really fun time.

We went with our kids and I’ll admit I was a little nervous at first. But the staff did a really good job keeping an eye on everything. The rules were clear, the guides stayed nearby, and it never felt like anyone was just wandering off on their own. It still felt relaxed, but supervised in the right way, if that makes sense. It made the whole visit way easier for us.

Breakfast was kind of disappointing, honestly. It just felt cold and really basic, and there wasn’t much to pick from. The staff seemed a bit rushed too, which made the whole thing feel a little off. Not the best start to the day

I visited Safari West and left feeling good about it. The animals all looked healthy and calm, and they seemed to have plenty of room, which was a relief to see. The staff also came across like they really knew the animals and cared about them, not just giving a standard tour or whatever. I don’t know, it just felt like the kind of place you don’t mind supporting because...
